Shipping Policy:

We use UPS & Fed Exp Ground for shipping. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days after receiving payment. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Insurance is included in the cost of the shipping but we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit - you must contact the shipping company.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Return: If you’re not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund, not including original shipping and handling charges, and taxes, which are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for S&H and tax charges, Not 1GlobalPolyServices (!GPS). If 1GPS shipped the wrong item, it will be responsible for S&H and tax charges. Returned items must be in perfect condition with the receipt and the original tags attached. Worn or altered items will not be accepted.

Customer will return item using the Return Authorization Form enclosed with the merchandise.

Exchange: Exchanged item will be sent back to the customer at cost, and 1GPS will ship as requested by customer. Customer will be responsible for new Shipping and Handling costs, depending on the method of shipping requested.
